Ingredients
1. Peel the apples and cut into quarters. Fry without oil in a nonstick pan over high heat until they start to brown. Lower the heat and let cook for 10 minutes until they are soft.
2. Melt the chocolate slowly and mix with the liquid cream.
3. Prepare the sweet crêpes. Spread the orange marmalade in the centre of the crêpe, zig zag the chocolate sauce and place the apple slices. Seal the crêpe into a moneybag shape and tie with kitchen string. Serve tied.
Our cooking tip : Replace the string with 2 vanilla pods.
