1. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 200°C. Rinse the apples and scoop out carefully, without peeling.

2. Mix the sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Place the fruits in a baking dish. Fill each apple with the above mixture, add a knob of butter.

3. Move the oven rack to the highest position and bake for about 30 minutes. Serve warm, decorate with physalis.
