Ingredients
1. Wash the apricots, cut in half and remove the stones.
2. Melt butter in a pan, add the apricot halves, sprinkle with honey, lemon juice and cinnamon.
3. Make them slightly caramelize. Divide in 6 glasses. Serve warm with tuiles.
Our baking tip: You can replace the cinnamon with sprigs of rosemary. It will give a very fragrant flavor to the salad.
