General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 – 190°C. Peel and finely grate the apples.
2. Dilute the cornstarch in the lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the grated apples and cream. Beat the eggs with the sugar and stir into the preparation.
3. Divide the mixture into 4 ramekins and place in a bain-marie. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
