Steamed halibut with onions

For fish lovers, follow this flavourful recipe to prepare a steamed halibut with onions.

1. Peel and slice the onions. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onions, sprinkle with sugar and cook for 20 minutes over low heat, stirring often. Add a little water if necessary.

2. Steam the halibut fillets for 20 minutes.

3. Wash and slice the spring onions. Wash and dry the coriander. Wash, dry, seed and cut the chili pepper into strips.

4. Divide the halibut in six plates, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Cover with onions, then add the spring onions and chili pepper strips. Garnish with a sprig of coriander and serve immediately.
