Tuna and coriander gratin

Gourmand Asia suggests this recipe gratin with tuna and coriander. It is a delight.

1. Wash, dry and chop the coriander. Peel, rinse the potatoes and steam for 25 minutes. Pass through a food mill.

2.  Put the puree in a saucepan, pour the milk gradually, mix, then add the butter in pieces, half the coriander, pepper and mix. Heat for 5 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Drain and crumble the tuna. Line a parchment paper into 4 ramekins . Spread the mashed potato and cover with a layer of tuna. Salt and pepper.

4. Bake for 15 minutes. Unmould on 4 plates and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with the remaining coriander. Serve warm.
