Salmon and dill maki
This maki recipe with salmon with dill is easily achievable, even by beginners. Be sure to follow all the steps.
1. Wash the rice several times. Put it in a saucepan with 35 cl of water, cover and bring to a boil. Bake for 15 minutes, then let stand for 10 minutes covered.
2. Mix in a bowl the rice vinegar, sugar, salt and sherry vinegar. Pour this mixture over the rice and mix. Let cool. Cut the salmon into strips of 2 mm thick. Wash, dry and thin out dill.
3. Lay out the rice paper on a small bamboo mat. Moisten it slightly so that it softens. Put on a few sprigs of dill and garnish it with a layer of rice of about 3 mm. Cover salmon then, helping you with the mat, roll it enclosing everything inside. Tighten.
4. Cut the roll into small sections. Wrap the maki and refrigerate.
