Prawn skewers with garlic, lemon and tabbouleh

1. Shell the prawns and leave the tails. Peel the garlic. Brush 1 lemon under hot water and cut into small pieces. Prick the ingredients on the skewers and alternate with the prawns, 1 clove garlic and 1 piece lemon.

2. Prepare the tabbouleh according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and dry the tomatoes, the zucchini and cut them into small cubes. Place the tabbouleh in a bowl and add the tomatoes, the zucchinis and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Preheat the oven in the grill mode.

3. Place the skewers on an oven tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill for 2 minutes on each side.

4. Divide the tabbouleh in four bowls. Serve the skewers with a lemon wedge.
