Cod fish curry with lemon en papillote

1. Wash the cod fish and dry with absorbent paper. Cut equally into 4 pieces.

2. Brush the lemon with hot water, dry and cut in half lengthwise. Cut one half lengthwise and slice thinly.

3. Prepare the 4 parchment parcels: for each, place in a shallow dish 4 large sheets of parchment paper. Divide the lemon slices and place the fillets in each parcel. Sprinkle with curry powder, the fennel and coriander seeds. Add some freshly ground 5 peppercorns. Drizzle with olive oil and close the parcels tight.

4. Place the parchment parcels in a steamer for 10 minutes. Serve the parcels and add a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
