Fish and shallot burgers on blini

For a quick and tasty meal, here is our recipe to make fish and shallots burgers on blini.

1. Preheat the plancha grill.

2. Peel and slice the shallots. On the hot plancha grill, cook the shallots with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Stir regularly until they slightly caramelize.

3. Zest the lime and squeeze.

4. In a bowl, combine mustard, cream cheese, lemon zests, chopped dill, salt and pepper and lime juice.

5. Remove the shallots from the griddle and set aside. Place salmon fillets, salt and pepper to taste. And flip quickly.

6. Set salmon fillets aside and place blinis. When they are hot, prepare the plates. Arrange 1 blini, spread the cream cheese sauce, some tomato slices, the salmon fillet and 1 layer of shallots. Cover with another blini and serve.
