Kiwi and lemon smoothie

Here is a smoothie recipe made of kiwi and lemon. Delicious, healthy and rich in vitamins!

1. Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces. Scrub and rinse the lemon under hot water, pat dry and remove thin zests. Then, squeeze the juice.

2. Put kiwis, lemon juice, milk and sugar into a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with lemon zests. Serve immediately.

Our tip: you can add 1 banana and garnish with mint leaves and diced kiwi.
