  Ingredients

1. Chop dill and set aside a few sprigs for garnish. Peel, seed and dice the cucumber.

2. Mix the goat cheese, cream, dill, broth, salt and pepper until creamy texture. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

3. Pour the juice into small glasses, add diced cucumbers and decorate with dill sprigs. Serve chilled.
