Cod fillets with seaweed
To enjoy cod fillets with seaweed follow carefully our recipe. If you like fish dishes, do not hesitate and let’s start cooking.
1. Cut the cod fillet into six. Insert in each piece 2 wooden peaks in the diagonal. Wash and dry the parsley.
2. Bring a pan of water to a boil. Immerse the glasswort and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and season with pepper. Set side.
3. Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan and fry the parsley sprigs for a few seconds and place them on paper towels.
4. Put the fish in the pan, skin side. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat and flip them and cook for 5 minutes. Pepper, remove from the pan.
5. Pour the wine into the pan. Let reduce by half over high heat, then remove from heat, add the butter in pieces, whisking.
6. Place the cod fillets on plates, add some glasswort, 1 sprig of fried parsley and a bit of sauce. Serve immediately.
