For fondue lovers, here is an easy recipe to make a fondue with cheese, pumpkin, and champagne.

Ingredients
1. Cut the pumpkin hat, remove the seeds, spoon out the flesh and cut it into pieces.
2. Bring to a boil a pan of 75 cl salted water, immerse the pumpkin and leave to simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
3. Remove the cheese rind and cut into thin strips. Blend the soup. Pour it back into the pan, add the cheese, champagne. Reheat over low heat, stirring until the cheese melts.
4. Pour the soup into the pumpkin shell and season with pepper. Serve immediately.
