  Ingredients

1. Prepare 25 cl of milk. Warm only 10 cl of milk and dissolve about 20 g of fresh yeast in it. In a pan, melt 10 g butter with the remaining milk.

2. In a bowl, mix 500 g of flour, 1 pinch of fine salt and 65 g of sugar. Make a hole in the middle and pour in both milk mixtures.

3. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball and cover with a clean cloth. Let it rise for 2 to 3 hours.

4. Take 40 pieces from the bag of 220g chocolate chips, set aside for decoration.

5. When the dough has risen, set aside 1/3 and knead the remaining 2/3. Incorporate 200 g of chocolate chips into the dough. Divide into 12 portions. Make them oval shaped for the body of the rabbit.

6. Knead the remaining 1/3 of the dough and form 12 round pieces for the head, 24 ears and 24 paws.

7. On a slightly damp floured surface, make the 12 rabbits. Press gently 2 chocolate chips on each head for the eyes and 1 for the muzzle. Leave to rise for 1 hour.

8. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th. 7). Brush the buns with 2 beaten egg. Bake for 15 minutes and leave to cool on a grill.
