Cheddar and pineapple chutney croque-monsieur

If you do not have much time to cook but want a delicious dish, prepare the toasted sandwiches with cheddar and pineapple chutney.

1. Place a slice of cheddar on 4 slices of bread, spread a tablespoon of pineapple chutney and pepper. Cover with a slice of bread.

2. Heat the croque-monsieur iron. Grease it lightly with butter, place the 2 sandwiches and cook for 10 minutes. Then cook the second batch.

3. Cut the toasted sandwiches in half diagonally.
