Ingredients
1. Peel and slice thinly shallots. Put in a non-stick skillet with honey and olive oil, sprinkle with four-spice, coriander and thyme, salt and pepper. Cover with water and simmer for about 25 minutes on low heat.
2. Enjoy this fondue as an accompaniment with a grilled meat, poultry or steamed fish.
