Vegetable and penne salad

A nice salad ready within 20 minutes of preparation and 20 minutes of cooking. Penne, vegetables and it is ready!

1. Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil. Immerse the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the packet. Drain and run other cold water. Shell the peas and steam for 10 minutes.

2. Wash the zucchinis and cut them into slices. Wash and cut the bell peppers in two. Remove the seeds and the white membranes. Chop them. Add the zucchinis, the bell peppers and the peas then cook for 10 minutes.

3. Divivde the pennes and the vegetables into 4 bowls and sprinkle with olive oil. Add salt and freshly ground pepper. sprinkle the thyme. Serve.

Our cooking tip: We would advise you to cut the penne in two after it is cooked. Instead of olive oil, you can season with pesto sauce made of garlic, basil, olive oil and parmesan.
