Salmon pasta salad
Prepare a delicious salad with pasta and salmon with our easy recipe. Ideal for lunch.
1. Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots only, and then cut lengthwise with a vegetable peeler. Trim them into tagliatelle of 1 cm wide.
2. Heat the pasta for 2 minutes in a large saucepan of boiling salted water. Add the vegetables and cook for 30 seconds. Drain immediately and rinse under cold water.
3. In a pan filled with water, add the 2 fish bouillon cubes and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, immerse the salmon filets, cover and let poach for 15 minutes. Thin out and set aside to cool.
4. Wash, dry and finely chop the herbs, setting aside a few dill sprigs for garnish.
5. Prepare the sauce by combining the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped herbs and 5 cl of water. Whisk with a fork.
6. Before serving, pour the pasta in a bowl. Then add the salmon, coat with the dressing and garnish with sprigs of dill.
