Here is an easy and delicious dish to prepare tagliatelle with a falvourful curry sauce with shrimps. A amazing dish!

Ingredients
1. Peel and chop coarsely the onion. Fry in an oiled pan with the peeled shrimps until they are lightly browned.
2. Add the curry, garlic, ginger and 1 cup of water (12.5 cl). Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add the coconut and unsweetened condensed milk. Salt and pepper. Let reduce over low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Cook the tagliatelle pasta in boiling salted water. Serve immediately the shrimp sauce over pasta.
