A succulent beef salad with fresh mint to start a meal on a light touch. Absolutely exquisite!

General informations
Ingredients
1. Sear the rump steak for 1 minute per side, then deglaze with a few drops of viandox. Let cool then slice finely.
2. Wash the radishes, lettuce and mint. Slice the radishes. Prepare the lettuce and thin out 24 mint leaves.
3. Prepare the dressing: combine the oil, viandox and mustard. Arrange the salad and mint leaves in 4 shallow dishes. Add the radish and beef slices, then coat with dressing.
