Vegetable tart with ewe cheese

1. Rinse the broccoli and the peas. Cook the broccolis and the peas separately in salted water for 10 and 20 minutes respectively.

2. Wash the zucchinis and cut into fine slices and steam for 10 minutes.

3. Whisk the ewe cheese with whipping cream in a bowl, then add the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables and mix gently.

4. Preheat the oven at th. 6 – 180°C. Buttered the tart mould, transfer the dough and prick with a fork. Pour in the batter and bake for 25 minutes and serve with a green salad on the side.
