Chicken with mushrooms, potatoes and broccoli

Food enthusiasts: here is the recipe to prepare a chicken breast with mushrooms, broccoli and steamed potatoes. This tasty dish is delicious.

1. Wash the mushrooms and coarsely chop them.

2. Peel and chop the onions. Peel and wash the potatoes. Pare the broccoli and detach the florets and rinse them. Place the potatoes in a steamer and cook for 15 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook for another 15 minutes.

3. At the same time, heat the butter with oil in a pot and brown the onions with the chicken. Add the mushrooms and toss for 5 minutes.

4. Sprinkle the base with veal stock and deglaze with white wine. Salt the chicken and mushrooms lightly and pepper. Pour 5 cl of water and leave  to simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Wash and dry the tarragon.

5. Divide the chicken and mushrooms onto 6 plates and sprinkle with sauce. Add the steamed vegetables. Decorate with tarragon. Serve.

Our cooking tip: For more flavours choose a mix of forest mushrooms.
