Chicken in white wine sauce: a festive dish that will delight the taste buds of your guests.

1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken breasts to brown for 5 minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper, pour the white wine and let cook for 20 minutes over low heat.

2. Mix the cream with the cornflour. Pour it into the pan and stir until the sauce thickens, for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper.

3. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and arrange them on 4 plates. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle thyme. Serve immediately.
