Wrap ham, grilled zucchini and pesto

For a quick meal, follow this wrap recipe with ham, grilled zucchini and pesto. This is easy to do and satisfying.

1. Wash the zucchini and slice very thinly lengthwise (mandolin, if possible). Steam for 10 minutes, then grill for 1 minute on each side.

2. Cut the parmesan shavings with a food peeler. Toast the pine nuts in a nonstick pan.

3. Roll out the tortillas on a work surface, spread pesto, then add a slice of ham and some zucchini strips. Salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with parmesan and pine nuts. Serve immediately.
