Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Buttered 6 tartlet moulds and transfer the dough. Prick with a fork.
2. Wash and cut the zucchini into very thin slices. Set aside. Cut the gorgonzola into small pieces. Put half in a bowl and whisk with the cream and eggs.
3. Add salt lightly and pepper. Divide the mixture onto the tartlet shells, on top arrange the zucchini slices and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
4. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot with a green salad.
