Mini pizzas with chocolate and caramelised hazelnuts
For dessert or tea, delight your guests with this sweet chocolate and hazelnut treat. Follow our easy recipe.
1. In a hot pan, roast 120 g hazelnuts for 2 minutes. Blend to obtain hazelnut powder.
2. In a pot, pour the whipping cream and simmer. Melt the grated milk chocolate. Add the brown sugar, the hazelnut oil and the hazelnut powder. Mix for 2 minutes over low heat until creamy texture. Leave to cool.
3. Preheat the oven at 260°C (th. 8/9). Crush 80 g hazelnuts. In a hot pan, toss the coarsely crushed nuts for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and leave to caramelise. Do not stir. Set aside.
4. Make 4 mini pizzas from 1 fresh pizza dough. Bake for 8 minutes on a baking sheet. Remove from the oven and spread with the chocolate mixture. Add the caramelised hazelnuts and serve immediately.
