General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat oven to th. 6-180°C. Mix the eggs with the vanilla sugar. Stir in 3 tablespoons of Nutella, previously melted in a double boiler or bain-marie. Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, then milk. Mix well until smooth.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add fold to the mixture. Pour into a silicone or metal cake pan (buttered and floured). Bake for 30 minutes.
3. Check for doneness with a knife. It should come out clean. Let cool before unmolding. Melt the remaining Nutella in a double boiler or bain-marie and gently spread on the cake
