Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven at th. 7 – 210°C. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Cut into small discs of 10cm in diameter with the help of a cookie cutter. Layer a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place the discs and prick with a fork.
2. Cut the cheese into strips. Divide the cheese into the centre of each disc. Ground some pepper over it. Seal the pastry gently to form a Swiss cheese turnover.
3. Beat the egg with 1 teaspoon of water and brush the puff pastry. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
Our cooking tip: You can add blueberries or blackberries into the cheese. Serve with a green salad.
