Lasagna Bolognese

This recipe is a beautiful combination of lasagna, tomato and béchamel. The grated cheese enhances the flavor of this dish.

1. Immerse the lasagna sheets in salted boiling water. Cook as indicated on the package. Drain and place them on a cloth.

2. Peel the garlic and onion and chop. Drain the tomatoes, set aside the juice and chop.

3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat, garlic and onion for 5 minutes, stirring. Salt and pepper, add the tomatoes and juice. Continue cooking for 15 minutes over medium heat.

4. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. On a lasagna dish, arrange a layer of bolognese sauce, then a layer of béchamel and cover with lasagna sheet. Repeat the operation and end with a lasagna sheet. Pour a final layer of béchamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
