  Ingredients

1. Prepare the crêpe batter: pour the flour and sugar in a bowl. Dig a well in the center and break the eggs. Whisk with a fork. Pour the milk, whisking. Mix well until a smooth batter. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 1 hour at room temperature.

2. Brush the orange under warm water, dry and finely grate the zest. Squeeze the juice of the two oranges.

3. Mix the butter with sugar, half of the orange juice, 1 tablespoon of Grand Marnier and half of the orange zest.

4. Grease a large frying pan with oil and heat. Pour a ladle of batter and rotate the pan in all directions to spread evenly. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip. Spread the orange butter and cook for 1 minute. Shape into an aumônière and close with a wooden pick. Keep warm.

5. Repeat the same process with the remaining batter. Sprinkle them with orange juice and Grand Marnier. Sprinkle with orange zest. Serve warm.
