Orange and chocolate mousse

For a fresh and delicious dessert, we invite you to try this easy recipe to make an orange and chocolate mousse.

1. Break the chocolate and melt with 2 tablespoons of water. Pour into a bowl, add in, one by one, 3 egg yolks.

2. Beat the egg whites until stiff with 1 pinch of salt. Stir in them gently to the chocolate mixture. Divide the mousse into 4 glasses. Place in the freezer.

3. Wash the oranges, zest and slice the zests. Squeeze.

4. In a bowl, whisk 2 yolks with the sugar until they turn white, then add the orange juice and mix.

5. Place mixture to thicken in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until simmering. Let cool. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks and stir into the cooled cream.

6. Divide the orange mousse in chocolate mousse glasses. Place in the fridge for 3 hours. Garnish with orange peel.
