Cheese lovers, try your hand a this traditional French classic recipe. Cut it into cubes to be served as appetizer.

General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven at th. 6 – 180°C. Buttered 4 tartlet moulds with high edges. Spread a disc of puff pastry dough in each. Prick the base with a fork. Place in the fridge during the rest of the preparation.
2. Beat the eggs with cream, a little salt and pepper. Incorporate the grated comté cheese.
3. Brown the smoked bacon in a non stick pan. Drain and place in the base of the tartlet shells. Add the cubes of ham. Pour in the mixture and bake the quiche for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve.
