Boiled eggs with vegetables

Cook boiled eggs and add vegetables. A real delight.

1. Trim off the ends of asparagus. Cut them in half lengthwise. Peel the carrots and cut into sticks. Wash, remove celery strings and cut them to the size of carrots.

2. Steam the carrots for 15 minutes. Then add the asparagus and celery and continue cooking for 15 minutes.

3. Boil a pot of water and add the eggs, cook for 3 minutes. Serve the boiled eggs with vegetables.
