Asparagus with Chinese vermicelli

Here is an easy recipe to cook asparagus Chinese noodles. If you want to eat healthy, this dish is for you.

  Ingredients

1. Wash the asparagus. Cut the ends and steam for 15 minutes.

2. Place the noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook as indicated on the package. Drain.

3. Wash, seed and cut the bell pepper into small pieces. Peel and slice the onions.

4. Place the asparagus, noodles, bell peppers, onions and grated ginger in a bowl. Sprinkle with sesame oil. Mix.

5. Add salt and pepper. Cool and refrigerate until ready to server.
