Hummus with radish

If you like Oriental cuisine, you might already know hummus. Here is a recipe to prepare it with radishes.

1. Drain the chickpeas keeping their juices, rinse. Peel and remove the green part of garlic cloves.

2. In a blender, add the chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, sesame paste, spices, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix gradually adding the cooking juices. The purée should be fine. Cool and refrigerate.

3. Clean radishes, cut half into slices and add to the chickpea puree. Serve hummus with sliced bread and the rest of radishes on the side.
