Stir-fried pork with noodles

  Ingredients

1. Wash, dry and thin out coriander. Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds and chop finely.

2. Wash, dry and chop spring onions.

3. Wash, dry and cut the carrots into ribbons using a peeler.

4. Pour the broth in a wok. Add ginger and bring to a boil. Immerse noodles, chilli, spring onions, carrot ribbons.

5. Stir well. Cook for 5 minutes. Add pork cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Remove from flame.

6. Divide into bowls using a slotted spoon to drain all the ingredients. Sprinkle with coriander, pour broth and serve immediately.
