Vegetarian tofu lasagna

Tofu is a cheese that comes in many shapes and textures. For this recipe vegetarian lasagna, choose a firm one and make a delicious pasta dish.

1. Peel and chop the onions and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil, add the chopped garlic and the sliced mushrooms and continue cooking. When the onions are golden, add the small cubes of tomatoes and the crumbled tofu. Leave to simmer for 2 minutes. Season with soy sauce, pepper, nutmeg and herbs.

2. Make the lasagna: On a gratin dish, make a fine bed of béchamel sauce, then the lasagna sheet, half of the vegetables, then another layer of béchamel sauce. Continue the same process with the remaining ingredients, then finish with the béchamel sauce.

3. Sprinkle parmesan and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (th.6).
