Omelet with onions, bacon and mushrooms
Prepare an appetizing omelet with onions, bacon and mushrooms in just 20 minutes with our recipe.
1. Peel and chop 1 onion. Peel and slice 100 g mushrooms. Sauteed onion with 1 knob of butter in a hot pan. Add 100 g bacon and the mushrooms.
2. Break 8 eggs in a bowl, salt and pepper and sprinkle with nutmeg. Beat vigorously. Pour the omelet in the pan over the onion/mushroom ad bacon mixture. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes without touching.
3. As soon as the edges begin to set, lift it gently with a fork, and move it around until the excess liquid pours off into the pan. Continue cooking over medium heat until the omelet is set.
4. Remove from heat. Transfer the omelet in a dish and fold it.

When do you put no. 1? The finished omelet looks like the ingredients were folded in to the beaten eggs before it was poured into the pan.
