Spaghetti alla primavera
Here's a great pasta dish for spring: spaghetti alla primavera. Be sure to follow our easy recipe.
1. Cut the ham into small cubes. Cut the broccoli into small florets and then steam for 4 minutes with peas. Peel, remove the green germ and chop the garlic.
2. Cook the pasta in 2 liters of salted water, reducing the cooking time indicated on the package so they are still a bit firm. While the pasta is cooking, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and add the ham, vegetables, garlic, a little salt and pepper.
3. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat and add the drained pasta. Put back the pasta with all ingredients and cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve immediately.
Our cooking tip: Replace the grated cheese by parmesan shavings.
