Always wanted to know how to make lasagna bolognese? Here is an easy recipe to cook this classic dish.

1. Immerse the lasagna sheets in boiling salted water. Cook as indicated on the packet. Drain and place on a cloth.

2. Peel the garlic and onion then chop. Drain the tomatoes and set aside the juice. Chop.

3. Heat oil in a skillet and toss the ground beef, garlic and onion for 5 minutes while stirring. Add salt, pepper and the tomato juice. Then cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.

4. Preheat the oven at 210°C (th.7). Line the lasagna in a dish and pour in a layer of bolognese, then a layer of béchamel and cover with the lasagna sheets. Continue layering until you finish making the lasagna. Pour the last layer of béchamel sauce and sprinkle with gruyere. Bake for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
