Ingredients
1. In a bowl, gently combine all ingredients (ground meat, ketchup, shallots, mixed pickles, capers, egg yolk, parsley and chives) to obtain a smooth mixture.
2. Place the mixture into individual circles or simply arrange directly in the plate.
Our cooking tip: Complement with salad and French fries.
