Potato and blue cheese gratin

This easy recipe will allow you to cook a potato gratin topped with blue cheese.

1. Wash the potatoes, put them in a pan of cold salted water and boil for 15 minutes. Drain and let cool. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C.

2. Cut the blue cheese into small pieces and mash them in a bowl with the cream. Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Salt, pepper and add nutmeg.

3. Into 6 buttered ramekins, spread a potato layer and top with the cheese mixture. Repeat the same process with all the remaining ingredients, sprinkle with butter and bake for 25 minutes. Serve immediately with a green salad.
