Ingredients
1. Wash and dry lemon thyme. Scrape and wash the carrots. Cut into sections of 5 cm, then into sticks. Dip for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain thoroughly and then pat dry with paper towels.
2. Heat the oil in a deep fryer. Dip the carrot sticks until lightly browned. Drain. Pat dry again.
3. Arrange the carrot fries in parchment paper cones. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and lemon thyme. Serve immediately.
