Ingredients
1. Peel and wash the carrots, cut them into slices. Peel and chop finely garlic. Wash, dry and chop coriander. Keep some coriander leaves to garnish.
2. Pour the olive oil in a pan, sauté the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the coriander, cumin, carrots, salt and pepper, cook for 10 minutes. Cover with cold water and cook until complete evaporation of water.
3. Place in a dish and let cool before serving. Garnish with coriander leaves.
