Here is a gourmet recipe for orange pound cake. Guests can enjoy as a dessert or snack.

1.Preheat the oven to 150°C (th. 5). Blanch 6 egg yolks with 170 g of sugar. Add 85 cl of cream and 50 g of melted butter.

2. Zest the 2 oranges (without the white part, which gives the bitterness). Mix 130 g of flour, 4 g of baking powder and orange zest. Stir in the previous preparation.

3. Buttered with a brush the loaf pan. Pour in the batter and bake for 20 minutes.

4. Unmould immediately after baking.
