Chocolate tart with strawberries

Dessert is the most anticipated moment of the meal. Feast everyone with this chocolate and strawberry tart.

  Ingredients

1. Pour 200 g flour and 80 g of sugar in a bowl. Add 100 g butter into small pieces and work with fingertips until sandy texture. Break 1 egg in the centre and mix with a fork. Form a ball. Let stand 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

2. Grease a tart pan with 20 g butter. Preheat oven to 210°C (th. 7). Roll out the dough and transfer in the mold. Prick with a fork, cover with parchment paper and garnish with dried beans. Bake for 20 minutes. When it is half-cooked, remove the paper and dried beans.

3.  Break 200 g of dark chocolate (cocoa 70%) in a bowl. Boil 20 cl of whipping cream. Pour over the chocolate and cover with a plate. After 10 minutes, mix with a fork and let cool at room temperature.

4. Pour the ganache in the bottom of the tart shell and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Rinse, hull and cut in half 700 g of strawberries.  Arrange the strawberries on the ganache just before serving.

Our cooking tip: For a lower calorie dessert, spread less ganache and add more strawberries.
