Here’s an easy recipe to make strawberry jam. Perfect for snack or breakfast.

Ingredients
To make 3 jars :
1. Squeeze the lemon. Wash and hull strawberries. Put them in a large heavy pot with the lemon juice and sugar. Stir well over medium heat to dissolve sugar.
2. When it starts simmering, reduce heat and cook for 1 hour, stirring frequently and regularly skim the foam that forms on the surface.
3. Transfer immediately into hot jars, filling them to the top and seal. Put them upside down and let cool.
