1. Preheat oven to th. 6/7 200°C. Line parchment paper in a rectangular mold. Chop pecans. Sift the flour into a bowl.

2. Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. When melted, off the flame, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix. Pour the flour. Finally add eggs, one by one, pecans and dulce de leche, stirring constantly.

3. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and unmold on a plate. Cut brownies into even squares or rectangles.
