Here is a recipe to prepare beignets with Nutella. Enjoy!

  Ingredients

1. Combine all ingredients until a smooth batter. At room temperature, let the dough rise for 1 hour 30 minutes.

2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, cut discs of 1 cm thick. Drop a teaspoon of Nutella and fold the discs. Moisten the edges to keep them sealed. Let rise for 1 hour.

3. Dip the donuts in batches into the hot frying and  immerse for 8 minutes.

4. Drain and sprinkle beignets with powdered sugar or icing sugar.
